Topanga Scents, a direct sales product-based company, was created by Erin’s Brother-in-law, Seth Williams in 2017. He began making the laundry detergent out of his kitchen as he personally searched for a less expensive and safer alternative to other versions that were on the market. Soon, the demand for his product grew beyond just his family and close friends, and he knew he had created something special. Before long, Erin was helping him make detergent in her kitchen; and within a year, Erin left her full-time career to become Co-CEO of this rapidly growing company. In order to maximize the number of people who could benefit from their product, they structured their company as a Direct Sales organization. So, in addition to creating an amazing product, they also leaned into designing a direct selling business! It was a busy and exciting time, and Topanga Scents has grown like wildfire!
It won’t take long to fall in love with the products and this family-owned company with a huge heart!
