Let's Check In: A Breakdown of our Brave Looks Good On You Podcast After Quarter 3
We’re here for a special Q3 check-in episode. It's hard to believe how time has flown since we started this podcast, and today we're excited to take a trip down memory lane and review the fantastic episodes we aired in May, June, and July of 2023. Our theme of bravery has been a constant thread, and it's been incredible to see how it's woven through each episode.
Let's dive in and relive some of the highlights from this quarter. In Episode 28, we had the honor of speaking with Brad Aronson, a national bestselling author. His book HumanKind: Changing the World One Small Act At a Time, left us inspired with its emphasis on the power of small acts that can make a big difference in the world. The stories he shared truly showcased the impact of everyday kindness.
Episodes 30 and 31 were a special treat where we engaged directly with our listeners. Answering your questions about business, life, and everything in between was so much fun. It allowed us to share our personal experiences and insights in a more candid way.
Episode 32 introduced us to Emily Hill, an Instagram influencer highlighting the HEB grocery chain. Her journey from the corporate world to social media influence is fascinating. Learning about her business knowledge and strategies was truly eye-opening.
Mindset took the spotlight in Episode 33 as we delved into how it shapes both small business and life goals. We shared 7 Practices to Go From Fixed Mindset to Growth Mindset, which you can download for free!
Episode 34 was all about embracing technology as we explored the potential of AI and ChatGPT. We even created our first eBook using this technology, opening up new horizons in content creation and productivity.
Our hearts swelled with pride in Episode 35, where we had a candid chat with Julie’s daughter, Chloe. She shared her journey of quitting her job and embarking on a solo trip to Europe. Her bravery in stepping out of her comfort zone was truly inspiring.
In Episode 36, where we discussed the power of stepping beyond our boundaries. Reflecting on our own growth and pushing through fears was both enlightening and empowering.
In Episode 37, we had an insightful conversation with Kristin Collins, a counselor who recently transitioned to owning her own practice. Her journey from corporate to private practice was enlightening, and her tips for growing a business were incredibly valuable.
Gail Gioffredi, a business coach and mentor to Melissa, took center stage in Episode 38. Her journey from direct sales to corporate consulting was filled with lessons and insights for everyone, both personally and professionally. Her perspective on seizing opportunities resonated deeply with us.
